With the ruling of the 12th May 1998 - 312 O 85/98 - "Haftung für Links" the "Landgericht (LG) Hamburg" decided that with placing a link you may be hold responsible for the content of the linked page.
This can only be warded off by explicitly taking distance upon the (possibly) indecent content.
We hereby wish to clarify that none of the content on the foreign pages linked from this site (www.lipizzaner-unterdenlinden.de) is under our control and we (logically) can't endorse their content wholesale - the content might have changed since we put up the link.
